Saturday hosted a ranked competition followed by a BBQ and social gathering at Croyde Hotspot: Billy Budds.
Sunday included the events famous Vintage Surf Classic: where Mullets mean prizes, and old kit praised with points. The day was a chance for all to get in the water in a general expression session/ freesurf.
The event was kindly held by volunteers and all proceeds from the event will go to Glyn Brackenbury’s efforts raising money for MS charities, most recently involving a colossal trip from John of Groats to Lands End in a kayak.
I was lucky enough to Win 1st place in the Open Category.
